Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with our carpets! The fitter came yesterday - they look amazing! The service from direct-flooring was spot on - helpful and enthusiastic. I think it was Mark who took my order and he was great! We got a phone call when the carpet was on its way to say when it was going to be delivered and the delivery driver was polite and courteous. The carpet was well packed in thick polythene, so it was well protected! All in all, a great purchase - we saved loads of money vs the high street shop and we got a great service!
